The recent Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Mohegan Sun Invitational Built Ford Tough Series included defending PBR World Champion and 2008 Uncasville winner Kody Lostroh of Longmont, Colorado, 2007 Uncasville winner Wiley Petersen of Fort Hall, Idaho, and 2004 World Champion Mike Lee of Decatur, Texas.

The PBR is the world’s premier bull riding organization and has awarded more than $100 million in prize money. Twenty riders have earned more than $1 million, including Justin McBride with $5.5 million, the most of any western-sports athlete in history.

The PBR was nominated as 2010 Sports League of the Year at the Sports Business Journal Sports Business Awards, alongside the National Football League, National Basketball Association and Major League Baseball.

Nearly two million fans attend Built Ford Tough Series and Touring Pro Division events each year.

Headquartered in Pueblo, Colorado, with additional offices in Australia, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico, the organization features some 1,200 bull riders competing in more than 300 sanctioned competitions across the five countries.

PBR World Finals happen Oct. 20 through Oct. 24 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
